Dear friends, myself and Prince Bajaja have been working on a Better, Improved Slowly Stamps Comparison Tool.
This one is a GUI tool, running a PowerShell script, and can be run in any laptop or PC running Windows, or even Mac or Linux machines if the user installs PowerShell for them.
And it was included in our November new releases post, although we did not know yet which countries it would appear in.
This stamp is instantly identifiable as a 'multi-country' issue, as it does not have the usual two letter Country Code in it. Like other similar issues, we are left to speculate where it will appear...
I received some data from a friend, did a bit of editing to my shared Slowly Stamps API Tracking spreadsheet. Added a new worksheet to it, which tracks the total number of stamps issued, by Country Code as included in the SLOWLY API.
Got some interesting stats; one of them being that the UK currently has the largest number of all (GB, 32 issued), followed by some Asian countries which we had spoken about as receiving a lot of attention... 🙄😉
I have written in the past on how we can use the outstanding DeepL translation software. The post first appeared on Reddit, and is currently one of the most viewed pages in my slowly and pen pals related blog.
Today I would like to write and suggest some other tools we can look at, consider and use if desired.

It's been a while since I've posted here, but I've been busy with moving home for a while; and now I'm finally settling down.
This time I would like to share some of my thoughts on how to develop Slowly, after receiving a lot of suggestions over the past few years.
After months of no action, we are now seeing work on the Feedback site again. The Slowly team people who maintain the site, Miranda and Shiro, just upgraded 10 Location proposals to Under Review status.

I tested and confirmed the problem – indeed, the screenshot below is from my own laptop.
...is Remembrance Day in Canada, and it would be a perfect occasion for a commemorative stamp. This day is also observed in other countries, and marks the Armistice, the end date of the First World War (at 11 am, on November 11, 1918).

Do you write letters on your phone or your laptop?
I for the life of me cannot type on my phone for a long letter, and need a more comfortable physical keyboard. Though, one of my pen pals will write 3-4k word letters on their phone.
Also, on the computer, it's nice to see the previous letter you're responding to while you type, don't you think?
Three years on, a review of the pros and cons of using Crowdsourcing for interface translation work.
There was no intention to translate SLOWLY into many languages, especially as resources were tight in the early days. It all started because of a introduction email received from a SLOWLY user, and from then on it was conducted by volunteers in Crowdsourcing model. Today, there are more than twenty languages supported.
