How to Release Fear – Teachings from This Moment Is Your Miracle
Take the time and inquire concerning this very important question: Where do I think my safety lies? This whole world—everything that individuals perceive through the five senses—is created on unconscious fear. Just how can this be? By the ability of our mind. Your head simply can only see what it believes, which explains why we must release false beliefs. Ultimately, the spiritual journey becomes all about facing this unconscious fear.
This is the transformation of the projected world into peace. Whenever we perceive something fearful, we are able to always allow ourselves to set aside a second to pause as opposed to react. By taking a moment to open our minds and invite Holy Spirit into our perception, we invite a miraculous shift in how we see things, and we are able to begin to release habitual reacting and conditioned behaviors. This contributes to a lot of attack thoughts and doubt. In those moments, it's crucial that you manage to face the fears and really ask, “What am I afraid of?” If you are able to see your fears and what's behind them, you are able to really enter into the strength of choosing to be with the Spirit and realizing there's very little that can threaten you. Then your fear inevitably has to leave.
