Hidden City Wiki Events

During these mini-events, one of the City Characters will ask for your help with something. They will want you to search specially marked locations.

Some locations Hidden wiki url will have their Entry Items lowered during these events. See the current Event page for details. Note: This wiki is maintained by fans and is not affiliated with G5 Entertainment. Seasonal Events

During special events hosted by hidden city wiki, players can earn extra rewards in some of the game’s locations. These additional rewards can include energy, collection items, coins, and even Mayor Rings. Players should take advantage of these additional opportunities to progress in the game and make the most of each event.

In addition, some old locations will become unlocked during events (such as the Post Office and Hidden Row), but they will revert back to locked status once the event ends. This will allow players to get a jump start on the new event’s location list and collect rewards faster.

Occasionally during an event, other locations that share the same theme or are considered story locations will have their Entry Items earned per play lowered during the event (such as Halloween, Autumn, Winter, Lunar New Year, Japanese Cherry Blossoms). This is to encourage players to explore and play those locations while the events are in effect.

The Order’s Chest mini-event allows Club members to earn points from playing location and mini games and use those points to open chests that contain prizes. The event starts at the same time for all clubs and usually lasts for 48 hours. Event Collections

The Event Collections host events that allow players to earn rewards that can be used in other areas of the game. These rewards include extra energy, friendship levels, collection items and even the chance to unlock new locations. There are several event collections in the game, including the Moments page, which gives three hours of unlimited energy for completion, as well as an event collection that unlocks a new Curiosity Shop.

Visiting the Curiosity Shop in front of City Hall allows players to spend their Event Tokens on prize items. These tokens can be saved, however, as they will convert into new event entry items (event item per 10 Event Tokens) when the next event comes around. Players can also play the bonus/event mini-games, Magical Items and Excavations, but be aware that these rewards will change post-event.

In addition to the normal locations found in the Main City, Hidden City contains an Upper City located above the clouds that requires completion of the Unexpected Guests case. These locations may have special seasonal events hosted at times, and the reward levels will differ from those in the Lower City. Additionally, there are some story locations that will become early unlocks for new players during a particular event. These locations, like the Traveling Circus and Factory, will remain open until the end of the event at which point they will revert back to regular unlock status. Order’s Chest

In this mini-event, a Club, or sometimes called Order, works together to collect special items – Wayfinders. Once enough Wayfinders are collected, the club can open a Chest that contains rewards. The Chest is hosted by one of the orders in the city and will change each week at weekly reset.

Players earn Wayfinders by playing locations and mini games in the event, but higher level locations can cost more energy to play. The game will award a green checkmark for the first four stages of the mini-event on the event calendar, but after that there’s no guarantee that you can continue to receive prizes. At that point, you’ll need to continue collecting Wayfinders until the Chest ends to have a chance to win additional rewards.

Each Chest has a special item needed to open it – for example, the current event’s chest requires a rare item, the Enchanted Ball building. The event’s calendar will have information about the item needed to open the Chest, as well as what type of rewards are in it.

A note about Event Entry Items: During some events, the number of Event Entry Items earned per play for both the City (Main and Upper) and the Mini-Games will be reduced from what it is normally. This is to make it easier for players to earn the items they need to open the Chest at the end of the event.

The screen that shows your club’s progress toward opening a Chest will list the top three contributors. However, it doesn’t seem like the top contributors receive any special prizes. Also, the game can be inconsistent in displaying who is on the list, so it’s worth looking at each page of the results to see how your club is doing. Chef’s Hat

Hosted by Chef Emily, this event increases the chances of getting assemblers in City locations and mini-games. It also reduces the energy cost for entering those locations by 60% and lasts for 6 hours.
