The challenge was about published fat pipes in the ocean. The gas could leak down the pipes everyday as a result of ages of the pipe. The company, who accountable for the pipes wouldn't modify the pipes since it's very costly to accomplish, they thought we would let the oils flow rather than changing them. So the pupils and the teachers at the Substance executive division at OSU shaped a group and do this project. The project was to wrap the plastic around the pipes to avoid it from leaking.
